We Are AUDIENCES - A Rebrand That Reflects Who We’ve Become

Over the past three years, AUDIENCES has grown rapidly: in customers, capabilities, outcomes and scale. With the addition of key leadership and supported by an exceptional wider team, we are building with real intent.

As our partnerships with enterprise brands deepened and our ambition expanded, it became clear that our identity needed to represent the company we are today.

This rebrand brings that alignment.

Why We Founded AUDIENCES

AUDIENCES was founded in 2022, in a world already shaped by GDPR and accelerating enterprise cloud adoption. Rather than adapting to regulatory reform, we were built because of it.

Brands were investing in first party data, modernising their cloud infrastructure and strengthening governance frameworks. Yet one statistic stood out: less than 3% of first party data was being used to inform activation and media decisions.

The issue wasn’t data. It was the activation model.

Even in a privacy first world, activation still required brands to move or expose data outside the organisation. External processing remained the norm, introducing complexity and risk precisely when control and accountability mattered most.

That meant breaking the traditional model that required brands to move or expose their data in order to activate it.

A Different Model

From day one, AUDIENCES was architected as a fully cloud-native application deployed directly inside a brand’s own cloud environment.

The brand remains the data controller at all times. Data never leaves the organisation.

From there, first-party signals can activate campaigns across social, programmatic and digital channels while the underlying data remains fully governed inside the brand’s own infrastructure.

In a market focused on making data sharing safer, we remove the need to share data at all.

That distinction defines us.

Why Rebrand Now?

As AUDIENCES has grown, we saw the opportunity to evolve how we present ourselves with clarity and precision. Our technology is proven. Our partnerships are deepening. Our category position is clear.  This rebrand is not a change in direction, it is alignment.

Alignment between our architecture and our identity. Between what we’ve built and what comes next.

AUDIENCES remains an independent enterprise software company defining a leading a new Signal Distribution Infrastructure, enabling brands and data owners to distribute and activate first party signals directly within their own cloud environments.

Unlocking the 97%. If less than 3% of first party data informs activation today, unlocking the remaining 97% securely and in real time, represents transformative commercial potential.

Enterprise cloud infrastructure is now central to global business strategy. Regulatory scrutiny continues to intensify. Activation models dependent on data movement will face increasing friction as governance expectations rise.

In-cloud signal distribution isn’t just the direction of the industry; it is becoming the standard. And that is the future we are building for.

What Remains Constant

While our identity has evolved, our principles remain unchanged:

  • Data stays in your cloud
  • You remain the data controller
  • Realtime execution is native
  • First-party signals can activate across the long tail of media
  • We remain independent and enterprise focused

We are building for the long term

Thank you to everyone who has believed in and built with us.
We are AUDIENCES and the future starts here.
