As a Senior Project Manager at AUDIENCES, you will be leading acrossa range of engagements to deliver implementation and support of our applications. You’ll be working closely with our internal Sales, Marketing and Development teams to shape and scope out what’s needed and deliver the best outcomes for our clients.
Your responsibilities will include working with the client and internal teams to scope out delivery, ensuring that projects are initiated successfully and that all parties are clear on scope and success criteria
Successful delivery of project outcomes via:
- Delivery Planning and Orchestration: Build, track and own project plans, identifying key milestone, roles and responsibilities and monitoring progress versus plan; ensure effective forums are in place across thedelivery teams to monitor progress and identify issues (e.g. daily stand ups)
- Financial Management:Manage budget, forecasts and resource burndown activities; ensure allactivities are completed within the forecast resource budget
- StakeholderManagement: Ensure clear and effectivecommunications plans and strategies are in place to ensure timely statusupdates and on progress; issues and risks
- RiskManagement: Manage anyactions, risks, issues and dependencies; using creativity and initiative toresolve and escalating as needed
- Governance: Establish effectiveproject governance, ensuring that effective decision-making processes are inplace to adequately steer engagements to successful outcomes
- TeamSupport: Support the wider team todeliver their work and ensure any obstacles are removed on a timely basis
- Quality Management: Workwith the relevant teams to ensure that robust quality management processes arein place and documented to plan, test and control technical implementation ofcapability and any defects are tracked and managed effectively
- ChangeManagement: Work with internaland client teams to ensure that changes delivered are embedded effectively intothe organisation ensuring for example that training; documentation; processchanges are all considered as part of the overall readiness plan

- ContinuousImprovement: Ensure thatlearnings or improvements identified through the course of delivery arecaptured and the full project team gets the opportunity to share theirlearnings.

Experience and Attributes Required:
- 5+ years project/programme management/transformation experience
- Experience of working across different delivery methodologiesincluding waterfall and agile
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and programmes simultaneously
- Experience of delivering technical implementations at scale
- Strong problem solving skills with a can-do attitude
- Ability to translate ambiguity into a structured and agreedapproach and plan
- Strong analytics skills with an understanding of data and martech
- Experience of working in customer marketing (desirable)
- Experience of working with cloud technology (desirable)
- Experience of working in a consulting environment (desirable)
